PLR Advantage

eBay recently changed their policy regarding the sales of downloadable information products. They don’t want them. Fine! Make a physical product out of your PLR ebooks!  Sell THOSE on ebay! Or better yet, sell them on your own site and don’t bother sharing a percentage with ebay at all!

I know it sounds like a lot of work – work in a realm you might not have thought of before, but it can be lucrative.  The simplest form of this method is to simply put your PLR ebook on a CD and sell it. Lulu.com is a great way to do the same thing – except THEY handle the process of printing the book, shipping and collecting the money. All you have to do is promote the book.

How about turning the ebook into an audio or video product?  Transcribe the PLR ebook into audio or do a video with the PLR ebook as your notes and your content. You can give these away or add them as a bonus to your own or your affiliate products. You can even sell resell rights to your new products if the original license allows it.

If you create a video – submit it to YouTube or any of the other video promotion sites. When doing this, the ideal situation is to make your video either extremely useful OR extremely controversial. Those are the videos that get more views. Either way – be sure to include your url several times in the video and give people a compelling reason to visit your site.
